ok heres the set up.
92 mx-3, klze, mx3 tranny, cm3, new axles on both sides, ball joints and tie rod ends are a year old, mazdaspeed motor mounts, new struts on stock springs.

iv been postin on mx3.com and nobody has responded so heres the problem,
after the install of the ze, if i make a hard left i feel vibration under my feet almost like the axle is binding, i also feel this vibration if i pound gears, and if i hit a dip in the road for a few seconds. its most noticable on dips in the road and left turns, rite turns are not affected at all.
any ideas on what i should check?????

ok checked the wheel bearings and ball joints/ tie rod ends, its all intact. my struts seem to have a lot of play in them though. struts i am using are kyb gr2, do i need a better strut, is this causing the problem?
what else is there to check

C.V joints....the way to test them is to grab your front tire firmly and push it in and out hard.....do you hear any clicking?...does it move at all in or out...cuz it shouldnt....and that would explane why the sound was only coming from one side....also...if your driving and you take a corner..or go over a bump and the noise happens..its almost %100 your CV joint.....If you turn left and you hear the Clunking noise its your Right CV...if you turn right and hear the clunk...its your Left CV.

the noise probly sounds like CLUNK CLUNK TICKA TICKA TICKA CLUNK and then stops when you go straight....yes laugh at the "Ticka ticka clunk" but thats the noise it makes :spin: :spin:
