Tires size question, 215 or 225 for 17s?

It's time for me to buy a new set of tires, but I do not know weather to buy a 215 or 225 for my 17s?

What would be the trade of between the two?
I know that the 215 is a bit cheaper, but what would be the down side?

Any suggestion? (brand?)

How wide are the rims? 215's shouldn't really be any cheaper. Maybe just 2-3 bucks per tire.

The difference is that the 225 has a bigger circumference so it would take less power to move the sam eas with 215. There is going to be a difference in the speedomoter gauge. So if your speedomoter reads 60mph you are are actually going about 62.
