sounds like a ze chip. and cheap but not allowed to post ebay links even tho it helps people out. lol they have a good rating it looks like. But its only a performance gain if you have a Ze engine.

yeah I'd say its a ze chip and it is really cheap is you have a ze

It wont actually convert the A-spec ecu to J-spec, the chip wont add a top speed limiter, it will only change VRIS and remove the CEL, it wont change fuel curves either.
