    I don't want to be an a$%?hole, but is it just me or is Probesports communication really dropped. I've tried sending PM's and e-mails and never get a response back until maybe a month of persistence.
    Each vendor has there own section, there is a reason for that, it is so that if you want to communicate something to a specific vendor, you would get a fast response. If someone is a vendor, this section would be the first i would look at and take care of (other then answering PM's).
    For some reason, Ken, from what i've seen lately, hasn't responded to threads in his section in quite some time now.

    There are also a few threads concerning the shipping calculator not working to which you responded that you would try something to see if it would work. Have you made any changes at all? Also, being very close to the border, I offered an alternative to get around the shipping calculator and have stuff shipped to the border and I would go and pick it up myself. I have yet to hear from you on that.

    Anyways, all this to say that it would be really great if you would start responding to PM's, e-mails and threads started in the Vendor section.

    Yep, I have been away for some time, just got back on this morning. I am working on a completely new site that will hopefully fix some of the other site concerns.

    Our shipping time & product availability is still very good, its just the technical end and my parts that are severely delayed. I can't get any more assistance with the postal aspects of the shipping calculator and noone can help me as to why it is no longer working so I am building a new cart which takes time.

    We may have to cancel any international shipping for the time being seeing as how we have no way to do any shipping calculations. I do not do any of the shipping anymore and haven't for some time. With my job, shop, family & everything else I can cram into a 30 hour day somethings like website development tend to get the back seat.

      Yep, 3months ago I tried to contact them about purchasing some items after their online shopping site wouldnt process my order, after 2 weeks and 3 emails I gave up and went elsewhere. It is a shame because I also wanted the stainless electric fan cover that goes over the radiator shroud. Anyway if my money is not good enough I'll go elsewhere.
      It doesnt really take much effort to respond to an email, or maybe it does.

        I placed an order a week ago sunday, my CC was never charged the login I created on PRD to moniter status wasn't allowing me to log on, so I pm'd you, emailed you through your site then went ahead and re-orderd + created the same login again.

        Never got a responce to the email or PM.

        At least this time I can log onto the PRD site, but all it says about my order is Pending.
        My CC still shows no charge
        I havent received any automatic email updates like the checkout process said I would.

        What gives?????

        Just charge my CC and ship my part out the door so I can get my car running.
