I heard rumors that the VST ones were re-badged KYB GR-2's, so you might as well give it a try

i've used them in other vehicles (i work at a garage) and for an OEM shock/ride, they work fine. If your lowered at all, i would look for a more performance oriented shock.

Havn't heard anything about them being re-badged KYBs so I can't give input on that.

Make sure they are the black Ultra G-Force, not the blue Guardians which suck

ive spoken to a couple of mechanics, and i was told that the Gabriels with VST the ultra G-force are even stiffer then the Kyb gr-2. I am just wondering if this is true, from your experiences. and is it only due to marketing that everyone puts Gr-2's on instead.

If so, then get them, they're cheap. I've had Tokicos before and I didn't think they were worth the extra price.
