My sliders are garbage... I have said "X" brand above but my own sliders... AS you can see from the picture... THEY SIT WAY HIGHER!

Danmit Man is that what your talking about as the lap belt mount? That doesn't look like it would hold all 190lbs of me.

It's considerably more stout than the factory mount on that thin stamped steel - and that survived NHTSA

you would be surprised at how strong they are. my seats are konig brand and my sliders and brackets come with the lap belt hook and it is really nice and quite sturdy. i paid 120 for the sliders and 120 for the brackets so todd has a fair price.

that is really the only problem i see with them i might order a set off you todd to see if i can lower my seats just a little bit with them. my seats sit just a bit higher than stock. when i go to an autocross my helmet hits the roof

That can be from 18 1/2" and under from out side to out side of the sliders. There's two 5/16 studs per slider that would have to be drilled in the brackets to move them in or out.
