What's everyone's opinion on driving? How far do you want to go?

I was thinking if the state fair is in G.I., then that could be a place to meet. That would give us something to do too. And we could have a house warming for Cody lol.

Come to Hastings LOL then you can get that purge control solenoid from me. I might be going to kearney next weekend to get some 929 injectors for 60 bucks. Does anyone know if there is any 929's in your jy's?

Here are three options that I came up with.

1. Nebraska State Fair in Grand Island. The fair runs from 27Aug - 06Sep so anytime in there. It would provide an option of something to do. And Cody living in G.I. is a bonus because we may have a place to hang out but that's obviously up to him first. Yes, it's a 2 hour drive for some but remember Brandon came all the way to Lincoln from Hastings last time. That's no short trip.

2. Meet in Columbus. You might be asking yourself why. Columbus is sort of a mid point for everyone in terms of driving distance. Also, I'm originally from Columbus and know the town very well. Cody does too. My parents still live there and it may be possible to hang out at their house if we need to. Plenty of good cruising too.

3. Meet in Lincoln again. I don't mind opening up my place for another hang out/grilling. Awesome mini-golf course in Lincoln. There are great places for photo ops too.

So that's what I came up with. Will have to brainstorm on dates + times and stuff. Hopefully this sparks something.

Alright this needs to be brainstormed on people. I'm up for whatever. My cherry pickers on the way so I should have the motors pulled out of both cars soon and started on cleaning it up painting it and putting it back in along with a new clutch and flywheel. Lets all start thinking of some ideas here.

I'm up for a road trip in a week or two. Would be nice to get some road time on the 93 and to get the stereo figured out. Hastings is about 2 hours away right?

I have actualy been making progress with the 6 lately! This means I may actualy make an appearance at a meet this year!

Replaced my shitty old D side hinges with much older and higher mile parts from a junkyard car and the door closes perfectly now

, I have most of the A/C replaced now and my suspension should be either done or good enough (sans lowering springs) by next weekend.

That's awesome man now we just need ideas for when and where were goin to have the next meet? I finally got around to pulling the motor out of the parts car now I just need to clean it up paint it and replace some gaskets before I drop it in.
