Regular accel no problems WOT...problems

Today I reset my ECU and after taking my car out it accelerates fine; except WOT when it makes a bubbling sound and accelerates so insanly slow sometimes not making it past 4000 RPMs


What is weird is the fact that I tested it in park. Even then its accerates fine except for the WOT when it does its bubbling sound and awful slow increase of the RPMs
