im working towards a month now with no response, 2 emails no response, i got them added on aim.

i mean, idk if this is regular practice for car part vendors, but i know for computer parts, newegg has your parts processed in 1 day, and shipped and at your house in 3.

i guess im just used to good customer service. =/

First of all unlike computers, the probe is a very old discontinued vehicle which the distributors are not making as much parts for or carrying anymore when they are newer vehicles on the road. Probe addiction is at the mercy of this distributors and manufacturers to have ample supply of parts available which most of the time they do not, so thus is why the suggestion is made to contact them prior to order to ensure such parts are in stock or avialable.

Had you read this vendor section and the part on how to reach em via phone and the hours, as well the aim account you surely would have gotten a hold of some one by now.

Like crimson said PA doesn't hand forge ford parts, and since I was a service manager for some time and had to deal with vendors when you are just the third or sometimes fourth party getting things in a timely manor isn't always possible. I personally know the owner and he would not ever try to screw anyone over, the man is extremely busy and i'm sure there are a ton of things going on over there. Be patient with it and if you are tiered of waiting i'm sure he will be glad to refund your money, but the term scam is not one to be used here.

Ordered a few parts b4 mrytle the other year, seat brackets, headlights, engine go fast parts, CAI w/ front mount, front and rear STBs, plug wires....blah blah blah. Received all parts in like 2 weeks. The seat brackets took a bit longer, being they were making them in bulk. Guys kept in touch with me and assured me i would have them couple days b4 i had to leave for Myrtle. They made the brackets monday, i recieved them on weds. Installed them and went to myrtle come thursday....Pricing was lil much, but think he gave me a discount....being i spent like a grand.

Overall, id say positive expirence and im definetly doing business with them again soon. Took a day to respond to emails, but by phone they got back with same day. Recieved parts in timely maner and even rushed when needed!!! Had some install questions and they even helped out with that, well what they could (FSTB still didnt fit properly, probably something with my car)

However, as for the seat brackets, I recieved two driver side brackets....not sure how or why that could happen called them and he was like 'theres no way we could have done that' but got pics to proove. Anywho, just did some cutting/rewelding/repainting and fits perfect got installed that night b4 Myrtle.

Keep up the good work PA!!!

I ordered the PA custom projector lights and still havent seen them yet... I was told in an email about a month ago that they would be shipping out at the end of this month but i emailed kenny directly about 5 days ago to see if everything was still going as planned and havent heard from him since... That is cool if hes doing bigger and better things but if hes going to take someones money in advance for something he should at least stay in contact with them a little more about whats going on... Times are hard for people these days and scams are higher than ever so its always nice to know where your money at... If i dont hear anything from him soon ill prolly just file a paypal dispute and get my money back... He seems like a nice guy though so i hope i dont have to do that...

I've never ordered from Pa because their prices are way more. I found WAY cheaper prices on ebay for the identical products. Also i bought plug wires and a few other parts that were twice as much from a similar vendor on here. I can't remember the vendors name as it was so long ago. BUT HE WAS A +++.

It's been now over half year since I was supposed to have my parts. First there was a delayed schedule about the headlight conversion. Then it was delayed again. After that they had problems receiving MY item. Then they were robbed. What's next?

I paid them last November in hope of getting my parts in Feb.

It's just starting to annoy when you hear bad feedback from almost of of the PT users and you don't get any info or receive no mails.
Haven't seen Kenny on AIM either.
