If you have a 2nd Gen ('93-'97), the amps are located behind the rear speaker panels.
The subwoofer amp is behind the driver's side speaker, and the main speaker amp is behind the passenger side speaker.
You can't see the amp unless you look down in the hole (it's in between the interior sheetmetal & the exterior sheetmetal), but you can see the 3 goldish colored nuts holding the bracket to the panel.
On another note, there's no fuse on the amp.
All of the fuses are in the kickpanel or under the hood.
The factory amps aren't that powerful, so they share fuses with other circuits.
The fuses in the kickpanel related to the stereo are:
15AMP Room
15AMP Radio
15AMP Audio
Looking at the fuse box, they'll be the three blue ones at the bottom on the middle row.
