  • Probe Addiction - Kenny, how do I get in touch with him. Order outstanding since May

I read somewhere on here that someone could reach Kenny at Probeaddiction? I ordered plug wires in May 2011. The red sleeved ones for my 94 GT. I have sent him about 8 emails to sales@probeaddiction.com and started CCing sales@gmaddiction as well. I have called several times. I have received nothing but automated emails stating thank you for your order, shipments are running 4-6 weeks, etc. Except for one time I did receive an email back in July stating that he was looking into it.

I have received nothing since as far as communication, and I have no means to reach him other than the emails (auto responses) and phone on probeaddiction.com (no answer or response).

If anyone can get in touch with him please PM me or respond here. I have a lot more that I want to order but am reluctant to spend any money with him if I dont know if I will ever get the product. It sucks too because he seems to be the best place to go for Probe parts. Really bummed about that.

I am sorry, but I don't know how to get in touch with him. On another note:

    Begin rant

That's completely unacceptable. I would not put up with it, although I don't know what I could do about it if I was in your situation. He is running a business, and people who run businesses should be responsible. I have been seeing more and more threads like this and it just makes me mad. Why should we keep buying from the vendors that are making us wait two, three, six months in your case? Personally, I don't think we should.

    End rant.

It is a true bummer that you have to go through this waiting game, and I am sorry. I, too have played this game, and feel sympathy for you. Hopefully you can get it sorted out before christmas. It'll be like a present.
Currently: 1994 MX6 RS - KLZE. Too many mods.

1989 PGT - BLACK - Near perfect paint, body completely straight. 155,967 mi. Sitting in a garage since 2000. Bought for $600. Engine rebuild in progress. Coming soon to a kill story thread near you!!!

Step 1: Call credit card company/bank, explain situation.
      Step 2: Receive money back.
      Step 3: Order parts elsewhere
      Step 4: ?????
      Step 5: Profit!

Unacceptable, and you should stop putting up with it. I give a vendor a week to update the order in some way, even if it's just to say "this is on back order."

If there's no update at all within a week, i send an inquiry. If i get no acceptable answer within two weeks, i pull the money back, and order from somewhere else, usually posting about my experiences with the first vendor.

It's sickening how often it happens, to be quite honest.

OP - Do as the other 2 members here have said already and just go to your bank and get your money back etc....then order wires from "prdonline.com" these wires are run in alot of members engine bays and work the same if not better that probeaddiction wires. just my $0.02

        Good-Luck

P.s. ProbeAddiction.com isn't the only place to get performace parts for our cars either. Search around and you'll see what I'm talking about.

If you made the payment by paypal and your covered under the buyer policy, you can make a claim within 30days.. I wouldnt have waited any longer then that to start resolving the problem. Any reputable seller would refund or give you the option to wait if they had an extended delay in whatever they sell "in stock".

I had crap service from them too. Haven't been to their website in years. Obviously they deal with different vehicles also bc I ordered some clear turns YEARS ago but recieved turnsignal blackouts for a chevy truck instead
