Where does everyone go to get mods installed

hey guys, whats up? ne way i just wanted to know where everyone, that does not do it themselves, goes to get the mods that they ordered or purchased installed at i am really not good with installs and would rather pay to have it put on, unless someone would help or teach me but ne way.........

Sounds like they would be able to install my new head, ported intake and throttle body, and bosal headers. Right? I'd love to have them do it but I don't have a ride back home. I live in the North Hills.
