A very good reason why I chose this date is because the tv show PINKS will be here tapping the show. But mainly it gives everyone from all over Texas roughly a month to get their cars together and time off from work. I am expecting this to be a weekend event for those who come from other cities. Hotels are cheap here even more cheap with group rates.
The member list has a decent amount of people on it, so now its time to start having official meets. This thread is to get everyone thoughts on a date before I make an official thread for here as well as the mx6 board. I was thinking the weekend of the 14th of March. Its the 2nd week in the month. Payday, mortgage/rent should be paid by then as well as most bills so money should be handy(not in my house, wife like to go shopping haha) But with that said what do you guys think about the date. Plus there will be a suprise vistor in our midst. Also we will need to decide on a meeting place and game plan. I like the idea given earlier about a driving route great for pics and vids, then we can go eat(when its dark haha). So let me know what you guys think
