Dorman or Pioneer Harmonic Balancer

Hi guys! It is time to change out my HB and could use some input.

Dorman HB $67.25 on rockauto / $89.99 w/ lifetime warranty @ autozone

or

Pioneer HB $142.99 w/ 1 yr warranty @ autozone.

I've read that the dormans are not made as well as pioneers but they do have the lifetime warranty. Any advice? Thanks!

Definitely go with pioneer. I had two dormans separate on me within 1k miles

i got one from NAPA, the brand is balkamp. my car ran allot better after i put the new one on.

I had a Dorman separate in a couple of thousand miles. Had a one piece alumimum unit installed and has been fine for about 10,000 miles. The motor spins up noticably quicker.

Precision is a well made balencer...Been a year and no problems. For some reason Oriley will not list this balancer for the Probe only...Mazda. Price 89 USD...the quality is same or better than Pioneer. Stay away from Doorman
