Posting my driver/track day project car for sale with all its extras. Recently had the good news of a kid on the way so the toy needs to go, not really looking for a trade unless its a crew cab or something safe for a kids seat in the back.
Car is a 1992 Mazda Mx-3 GS, body has 246k+, drivetrain is 90k ish currently. Clean title, Manual transmission, original GS not a 4cyl swap. Car is set up to be able to drop in a larger 2.5L v6 with no problem other than an ECU and VAF swap that I also have. Vehicle is currently registered/plated/inspected running a 1.8L backup v6 motor as the other motor had been pulled/dissassembled/cleaned for a rebuild. Car is reliable and I am currently letting my roommate use it however I need to let it go to get something practical now.
Running a Probe MTX, pacesetter short shifter, full headers and open exhaust (2.1/4) with pacesetter muffler welded in, 00 626 Intake manifold with matching valve cover for vacuum delete, 95Millenia Throttle Body, CAI, Machined Mx3 flywheel for a larger 2.5L clutch, OEM "newstyle" Solid harmonic balancer (no two piece rubber dampner to tear at high rpms), Solid motor mounts, stainless clutch line, New distributer with backup unit w.Lifetime warranty. Autometer tach w/shiftlamp and Sunpro mech. Oil pressure gauge.
Suspension is set on H&R springs, sway bar braces and bolt in Autopower Roll Bar.
Body mods are an EDM front mount tow hook (useful if you plan on any valances) , EDM glass lamps to accept H4 bulbs, Mazda sunroof shade, GS rear spoiler. Car was originally elegant beige metalic, had done some body work and liked the white look so had started redoing the car with white primer and gloss over, still needs to be finished however my preference was always under hood not the body.
Extra parts in storage: Full rear interior if you want to reline the interior, Spare window glass, 2 Motors for rebuild (1 2.5L that needs .001 oversize bearings and to be reassembled, have recently refreshed and shaved heads with cams, polished/cleaned crank, cleaned pistons ready for rings, new headbolt set, and 1 other 2.5L motor with heads that needs a teardown, heads are off w/o cams and it has noticable crankplay (will need new thrust washers and bearings most likely), 1 spare MTX, Loads of misc parts (Starters,alternator, wiring, and just misc parts Ive kept as back up, Injectors/ECU/VAF for the 2.5L swap included as well), Rare body parts, RS canadian model raised spoiler, Invader side skirts, Rare Aftermarket front lip, limited run vented carbon Hood (hoodpins already set) and pretty sure there are more, Basically if you plan on buying the car have a truck ready for all the spares.
