Interesting email

So Thursday I receive an email titled "probe event". It basically says in order to have our event in the state park, we need to call and get the appropriate formalities taken care of first, I'm assuming that would mean money otherwise why would I be getting this email? It was signed by a park ranger manager something-rather.

Kind of both puzzled and aggravated, I respond with "we have been hosting our car meet in logan every year since 2000 without problem. The place where we host our car show gives us permission to do so and our annual cruise is on public roads. I'm curious to know how you even know about our small car meet as there were only 20 people there this year."

He responds one of his officers was online and found a site about it, probably either pt or our hh site. So I respond back "glad somebody gets on our site :-)"
I have yet to receive a response. Telling my his many misspellings of simple words, he's not too bright and probably doesn't know he can't do anything. Oh well, I had a good laugh.

You know kylie, I really don't know. You would imagine park rangers would have better things to do than surf the Internet and sending emails to car clubs trying to get money out of them when we have no money to give and they have no right to intervene in our affairs when we have taken the appropriate steps to do what we do every year.
I think that it's become a problem because we have given this town so much of our money and patronage and since we have dwindled in numbers, they are becoming greedy. First the canoe livery lies about us not paying to get more money than they deserved, now others are trying to get money out of us like we are the town's sugar daddy. They need to get off our preverbal tit because that well has ran dry.
But, that's just me. I'm tired and might not be making much sense right now.

Exactly Sandon, when there's only 15-20 people there and 1/2 of which aren't showing a car, it's not exactly a car show/meet. It's just a group of friends hanging out, ain't nothing illegal about that...except when Ross starts dry humping the natives
