Where does everyone want to stay?

The Red Roof Inn has worked out pretty well for the last couple of years. It's right up 81, a few miles from Carlisle. It's not right in town there which is a good thing if you ask me because everything is just way too crowded in that little town during big shows like AFN. It's nice to see all the cars, not so nice to drive in it though Plus the Cracker Barrel is really close to the Red Roof Inn too, which is awesome.

Anyone else have any suggestions or input on that? The meet starts on Friday and goes through Sunday, ending after the awards on Sunday and food after that.

I dont know how it was before last year, but i know that everyone was scattered with where they stayed for AFN 2002. We should find one common hotel and OWN it. That way we can all party together and not have to worry about driving drunk. Cops are everywhere that weekend.

Asfar as accomidations, NEPO WILL OWN a hotel this year. Right now, it looks like the Red Roof will experience that greatest car club in the country.

If anyone is interested, myself, Kenny and possibly a few others from NEPO NY will be staying in the comfort suites in Carlisle.
It's about a mile and a half from the actual grounds and in the other direction of all the other hotels, so basically no traffic and you could walk to the fairgrounds if you wanted.

The hotel also has an indoor garage that only people staying in the hotel can get into. Great if you are worried about your car, and will keep it clean in case it rains or what not!

Anyway- Ill be reserving 2 possibly 3 rooms there in the next week or so, so if you are interested let me know asap !

plans are being made now for rooms at the red roof krysy. we were hoping to get everyone staying in one hotel this year. i'll try to post some more info tonight or tomorrow hopefully.
