Stay tuned, because Brian's considering selling his Gen 7 and upgrading to a Megasquirt. There are just too many guys in town with Megasquirt knowledge, and too many people on the MEgasquirt boards to help, PLUS they have it working on TFI cars now (vulcan is a TFI motor) so it will be a SIMPLE installation.

We'll certainly post up when his is done, I'm probably making him one as a Christmas present.

Seriously amazing. Congrats. It's nice to see all of your hard work payed off, since I've been following this for a long time!!! (along with everyone else who owns a probe...at least an lx)

impressive for an lx! i think he can safely claim to be the most powerful LX in north america... if not the world! that counts for something! hit up the track and see what kind of times you can pull...
otherwise, expensive setup. i remember reading in a different thread of your mods, pricey... so to everyone else, i think its still clear, f2t and especially FE3 are the best bang for the buck motors.

mmm going with a megasquirt.... very very interesting, it seems im not the only one that will be using one on the LX

Brian's LX is THE most powerful LX that i know of here in pt and the U.S most likely the whole world, otherwise a few of us would have already know of someone else.

Brian needs just a little more tunning but as it is the is car one of the most impressive projects here in probetalk.

...and the copper head gaskets. Those are the numbers I'm interested in!

mmmm i would rather go with o rings instead of just copper gaskets, according to the engine builders that did my engine that is probably the best way to ensure a complete, total seal than just regular shaped copper gaskets
