Hi guys,you know if the gf4a-el g series auto transmission and the g series manual transmission can share the same differential ?

I've read threw bits and pieces of this thread but I'm actually looking at rebuilding the Trans for turbo and I would really like to know what's best for me to do? Shot peen? Escort gears? Custom gears? I'll be aiming for 350-400whp with a quiafe lsd.
