Thanks guys Well, i'll give ya' a ride in it when we come down for the next get-together.. as to when we can make it to the next one, just dunno... been so busy lately it's crazy... I just basically sit on here all day at work, and when I go home it's like I just need another 5 hours in the day to get everything done...

had to research why it was idling at 1100 to 1800, and found a great thread on 2.5 technical about that, so i fixed that, and i'm hearin a vacuum leak on the back parf of the tb elbow where we kinda broke part of the tube goin in... ahh well, we'll see you guys soon!

WHOA! Hold up, whaddya mean your ZE guzzled it? Mine's guzzling it too... like a quart a week or a little more... I'm bout ta have it compression tested sometime this week to make sure it's not a leaky head gasket or anything of the sort, cuz I'm runnin Mobil 1 and though the oil looks like it has a greenish yellowish tint to it, it normally has just a yellowish tint to it. It's not comin out anywhere on the sides, not filling the holes where the plug wires go down into, and not comin out the exhaust, so the only other thing we could think of is a leaky head gasket... The antifreeze doesn't look all that oily, and I haven't hardly had time to check for oil in the antifreeze, cuz the only time the car cools down really enough to do that is overnight. Yeah, i'm too busy. Anyhoo, I'm lookin for a radiator for ash's car right now... so far we're lookin at $150 for one from Autozone with a friend's employee discount... anyone else know where i can get a new one cheaper?

I don't want to scare you, but I had my ze for a little over two years and only put about 11000 miles on it. I would put up to 1 to 3 quarts of oil between oil changes. I would change the oil every 2,500 miles. I had it checked for leaks and everything. I sold my car to a good friend and he started driving it daily and the engine blew within 3 months. I would be extremely careful with the engine. I think my friend just ragged the car for a full 3 months and it just could not handle the hot rodding. I was not impressed with the power increase anyway. The ze just gives you more torque. The car is not a daily driver though. Good luck!
