I broke my exhaust.

Anyone know if it's safe to run the car without the resonator? It's broken in a shitty spot where I don't have enough pipe to clamp it. I don't want to buy a new exhaust now because what I'll buy is something I don't want. So I was thinking of running a straight through pipe from the Cat to the rest of the exhaust which is fine. Anyone know if its okay to do so and if so should i reset the cars computer?

Well it's not going to HURT the car, but it'll make your exhaust louder for sure, that's the reason the resonator is there. Buy one to fit and I'll weld it in for ya.
