All this garbage boils down to 3 things:
1 - Anthony bought a car from Will. Nobody else should have a say on this matter so I don't see why it's such a prominent issue on the board. This is not the Hatfields and McCoys. Whatever went right or wrong there is between them.
2 - People are upset with the planning of the 'Cuse BBQ. Too bad. Anthony stepped up and planned a meet. He can set it at his convenience. He was also able to include his non-NyPoc friends and family. People would not of cared if issue #3 didn't exist.
3 - People are upset with the lack of meets. Some have misplaced the blame on Anthony. I don't know of a 'Poc where the meets are planned entirely by the Pres. If there is no meet planned it's because you didn't plan it. Joe, you are particularly avid on this, yet you can't leave Rochester for a meet.
Anthony stepped down as president. In my mind, this changes nothing. No one else has the support of the group and anything they try to institute will take time and work. There are really only 5-10 active NyPoc members in upstate NY. At any meet, I doubt you can expect more than 5. All NyPoc meets will be small and difficult to plan around NyPoc. When the group coalesces, maybe you can attract more members. As I see it, too much energy is being spent in petty, unproductive ways. Some of you are just blatantly stoking the fires from immaturity.

But If he doesnt then we need one nomatter who it is as long as they have a love for the probe/ mx6, getting together for meets the drinking ones and the fixing /mod meets. We have none. We have many members in Ny who actually have really nice cars they just choose not to show up cause well NYpoc is

Although Joe has alot on his plate with the kid and all, since I've been surfing this board I haven't seen one member as gun-ho about probes, this forum and wanting to get together. Running a club is an organizing nightmare, but with a little help from everyone, I think it would be great with Joe leading the pack.
This isn't about what should have been done to keep the club alive, but rather what we need to do now in order to salvage what's left.
