  • KLZE install.... help?

Is there anyone who can help me with a KLZE install? I am not to familiar with it and was hoping for someone who has done it already and figured out all the vaccuum lines to help as well.

I have a new built ZE and also a LSD tranny. waiting for install but can't do it myself. I don't have a location to do it, but i do have an engine hoist that I could bring somewhere. Anybody with feedback or help would be appreciated.

I have looked for shops or someone to do it but sadly the guy who said he'd help hasnt' been online for almost a month so I can't really keep waiting. I would try and compensate for the help or I'd be willing to give all my aftermarket parts I have plus some money for the help.

I have Sensei V 2 sideskirts, Sensei V2 rear bumper, Phenolic spacers for throttle body, Two DE intake manifolds, Red underglows, 4 swirlies(non chromed) extra oil pan, stock rio red hood, stock ground effects for GT. I would give it all plus maybe 200 dollars or work out a deal for money for the help. Let me know if there are any takers.

you shouldn't have to pay $$ or give away parts, normally all that is required is that you feed your help!

        good luck!

Well Brewster, NY is about an hour north of New York City lying right on the Connecticut Border. It actually has two major highways intersecting... 684 and 84. I am more than willing to feed thepeople hat help me, I just don't know anyone that can help who is around me. i'd appreciate any help though. I have everything needed i just don'thave hethe knowledge for it.

How long does it usually take? a few days like a whole wekend right?

I'll even buy some beer :-P

Domino81, What days are you free? I won't be able to start till around mid august but aside from that i'll have the engine, lift and food + beer.

NEPO might be the way to go... I'm from MAPOC (part of NEPO) and we have members in CT that might not be too far of a drive for you. There will probably be a meet to install my ZE, and we might be able to combine meets and put yours in too but that would be about a 3 hour drive for you and i couldn't meet up since my Probe is a shell.

Thanks for all the help guys. it's really appreciated. I'll see if I can put a post up in NEPO to get better feedback. Thanks again.

Ferant.... when are you meeting up to do the KLZE swap? Because i'd certianly be interested in coming. I don't mind how far it is away because its worth the drive just to relax and also chill with other owners. Always love driving anyway. my car is in ohio getting painted right now, so i can't do much until about the second week of august.

No idea when we're doing the meet. Last time I talked to Jeff and Jason, who kind of head MAPOC they said we ussually take summer's off from meets due to vacations and conflicting schedules. I will hopefully have my ZE ordered soon, then try to get the meet between end of August, beginning of October. And if your Probe is the one JP is working on now, can't wait to see it finished.

Yeah i am pretty excited to see what JP is going to do. So far from what I've seen with his work, I am going to be amazed. He does an amazing paint job and a very cool guy to work with. I'm hoping that maybe by showing the car off, who knows, maybe there will be more people driving to Ohio hehe.

I love Jp's car though. Getting ideas for my turbo setup from his :-P He's been sick though. that would be really cool to be able to meet up and just have an engine swap meet. That would be awesome. I'd defiently chip in for food and beer like woah!
