Yep. Am feeling back to normal just out of shape. Been like 5 years since I haven't worked out everyday.

I think the doctor said no exercise for a few weeks at first but he cleared me after 3 weeks so I'm back to mostly everything now. Actually thought that recovery back on the bike would be tough going back for mountainous regions but I tried it for the first time this past weekend and I think because of not remembering what happened it actually helped my confidence back. Going to take a bit of time to get my leg & core strength back but other than that I am doing extremely well for what happened.

since one of my coworkers got to meet them at a convention last year. I also have the trogdor board game in my possession that recently came out. It's pretty fun.
