after ordering hundreds of things online over the past 15 or so years I have learned not to even expect anything sooner than 2 weeks. I wouldn't even start wondering until 4 weeks had passed.

Now you say you contacted them on the 23rd. How did that go? Did they not answer? Did they hang up on you? What did they say?

typical motive of a vendor when they start to decline on Probetalk, it's the first red flag

hope you paid with paypal if not

One week without at least shipping information or some notice of delayed shipping is too long in my book. Two weeks is inexcusable.

RR Racing has been good in the past, keep attempting to contact them, but begin the PayPal process.

I am still wondering what they told him when he had called. Also did you verify that they even had the part in stock before you ordered it?

The point is... he shouldn't have to call, and if the part isn't in stock, it should say something on the website.

My guess is that when he tried to contact, he got no reply. Standard Probetalk vendor stuff.

it didn't say it was out of stock on site. I filed a claim and my parts got a tracking number that next day

Damn.... Guess that's what happens when you occasionally get orders on obsolete parts. Glad he came thru

I was the last one to order pheno spacers from outlaw engineering, it only took 1 week to get, and when I misplaced one of the paper gaskets installing them I wanted to order one separate but he was gone the same day I received it. So even though he was declining, he still shipped promptly.
