I drove by that Applebees in Columbia we met at one time on the way to Greenville and I was thinking about that. Good times.

Ironically, I'm going to pick up my German driver's license tomorrow. For reasons far beyond my comprehension, SC is one of a handful of states that have full reciprocity with Germany for licenses. If you do it within 3 years of moving here, you can essentially just sort of trade it in. I thought it was only a 6 month window that I missed [mostly due to laziness and lack of urgency] but when I found out it was longer, I jumped on it. To get a license from scratch over here is extremely time consuming and expensive; everyone said to be prepared to spend up to €4000. Figured I ought to do it for less than €100 in fees instead.Last edited by Snorb93GT; July 31, 2017, 01:19 PM.~SumR
I don't own a car anymore and it's weird.
