    I will probably need a roommate. I'm taking a trip to Ireland a month or two prior so I may not have a ton of vacation time to devote to this, but I can always work out a comp time arrangement prior. Come the first week of December, I'll probably just pay in full provided we're fairly committed.

    I think every day you add to the cruise adds a few people who can't make it due to college/work/other commitments. I've never been to Miami so I really wouldn't complain about being there a day or 2.

                    I took the Amtrak AutoTrain to and from school a few times when I didn't feel like driving the whole way in the Probe. Two people in one of the bigger cabins makes for a pretty easy trip. Bring along a laptop and some DVDs and you'd be all set, just make sure you get the most through route possible.

                        ok so.... a little homework here....

                        Amtrak = 23hr 53m non-stop round-trip from RVR to FTL for $211.00
                        (condition - I've made the trip to Orlando by train before)

                        JetBlue = 2hr non-stop round-trip from RIC to FLL for $243.00
                        (condition - I've never flown before)

                        Looks like this Cruise is going to involve alot of "first's" for me.... time to grow some balls er I mean wings....

                        List of First's: (so far)

                        Cruise
                        Plane flight
                        Tropical Scuba dive (although I'll need to get PADI certified between now and then $$$)

                        More to come I'm sure.....

                              MIPOC may rent a 12 passenger van and make the 22hr drive straight through, ends up around $65-75/person
                              Chrome wheeled, fuel injected, and steppin out over the line

                                I have a feeling I'll just be flying. We'll see what's going on closer to time.
