I was at Barnes n Nobles and noticed that the same mags have more Nudity then the US. UK GQ, UK Maxxum, UK STuff even Max power the car mag has nudity. Is it a law or something. It doesnt make sense because they sell the mags here anyways. Just wondering and bored  laters MIkal

People in Europe aren't nearly as uptight as Americans about nudity. You gotta remember that America is the country where its ok for a young lad to watch a movie with a body count as high as a small war, but heaven forbid he catch a glimpse of a booby.

Yeah I think it's weird.

We have a couple of daily newspapaers that have page 3 girls, i.e. nude.

But we get heavily censored for violence and sex (not nudity), yet you have adult titles that are totally banned over here (apparently!).

Weird....

It's kind of strange.....I've seen the UK max power's........it's kind of strange when car insurance companys are using naked women to sell insurance.....and it's not just one using nudity....it's all of them.......lol......but they usually have several full page pics of women with their tops off. And we don't get any of that here. But like you guys said, we get all the violence crap.

Incidentally, check this out:

Tits and ass is fine, but they can't have the violence. Socialism is a fickle beast, sometimes.

I find its kinda funny that they censor violence like that. Go on some form of file shareing utility and find the euro version of Robbie Williams Rock DJ video.. its nasty, the girls eat his flesh...

I would only buy insurance from a hot looking naked woman, or a semi hot looking naked woman if she would put out.

When it comes to uncensorship, US is a bunch of pussies.

For example, this dumb bitch mom complained to me when I worked at Round Table for choosing a Ol' Dirty Bastard/Mariah Carey (NO CUSSING) song to test the music machine and she complained that we should turn it off because she didnt want her kids to hear this bad music. She knew its bad because a teenager selected it.

People are uptight about all kinds of censorship in america. I say we smurf it and slap the shit right in their faces!

Magazines in the UK are seen more as an instructional device for UK men as they are highly unlikely to encounter naked female in any other way!
