Okay so I try to go to onderground-design and the new site is total crap in the opera browser, all I get is a bunch of crap ads that I CANT close, the site is totally unfunctional and this is my only and default browser, personally id rather have a user friendly site than a ton of ads that screw everything up

Try using a real browser - opera is crap!
I personaly prefer IE above anything else because IE is the majority's choice.
And before you say IE is unsafe, I have been using IE for numerous years and never had a bad occurance or anything unsafe occur with it. It's called using a firewall and protecting yourself. So dont blame onderground if you are using a crappy browser!Last edited by CrimSon_ReD; September 1, 2004, 07:12 PM.

Having a college degree in web design I think that they should have hired somebody that could build a site that is compadible in most browsers, opera is a very popular browser, on top of that whenever I use IE I get a virus even with a firewall and a virus shield program. Why don't you back up your opinion with something substantial before saying its gayFirst Probe 350Z Headlight/Honda S2000 tail light Conversion - SOLD

As a web professional who owns and maintains a multimedia studio sucessfully for over a decade. I gotta say Opera is crap and it's only a selected few who use that junk! I have used IE for years and never recieved a virus, perhaps you need to stop looking at porn sites and other junk popup sites. Or perhaps you should get yourself a better anti virus! - Try Mcafee Suite 6.0
- I mean the numbers for IE users dwarf Opera users, ...... thats my proof!
Plus if you wanted to actually BUY something from thier site, it wouldnt make a difference how thier site looked in your crappy browser. You would merely call them direct! ( Dont Hate _ Appreciate! )
I'm sorry but I gotta stand up for onderground, they have gone way and beyond thier call of duty in creating us a kit we requested, to have to worry about someone using pffft opera trashing thier site.Last edited by CrimSon_ReD; September 1, 2004, 08:33 PM.

I wasnt dissing their service or quality, I was merely pointing out they should attempt to make the web site more browser friendly and you are blowing it out of porportion. I was also pointing this out to onderground, not you, unless you represent them in some way shape or form. I could have litered thier email inbox but instead I just wanted to make a small point on here because I am a probe owner and will soon be a customer, I was aware of the 1-800 number but I am not going to call it just to get a price when I can get it faster (or thought I could) from the web site.
I know your still going to argue with me so I won't bother to check this thread again.First Probe 350Z Headlight/Honda S2000 tail light Conversion - SOLD

I think opera is a better browser than ie, but not the best, that would go to firefox. For a site not work in opera, that just shows bad coding.
EDIT: and the fact that you told someone that should use mcafee just got rid of any credability(sp?) you hadLast edited by El Nacho; September 2, 2004, 06:53 AM.
