  • Spoiler Hardware...

I bought a spoiler without the hardware (I know, not smart, but it was cheap and in good shape) and I was wondering if the length of the bolts that hold the spoiler on mattered. Also are the bolts special or could I was get some more at any hardware store??? Thanks guys...

Don't ask how it runs or how fast it is, because I'm prolly about $7-10k away from knowing.

If its like my spoiler, you can pick up the bolts at a hardware store. I would make sure that the bolts screw all the way in (all but) and also that they stay in when screwed all but 1/4in. in. Also my spoiler can with rubber pieces that fit under the post. If i where you i would make these too to prevent water getting in. Oh and deffintly use washers on the bolts/screws.

Yeah the rubber spacers are definetly needed IMO, but mine were already installed when the wing was installed. I'd say go get them.
