Reading ABS codes

Hi All,
Going through the different threads here for reading the ABS codes there seem to be two ways:
Some say to ground the TBS pin and others say to ground the FBS pin.

Is there a difference grounding one pin vs the other for reading codes?

I don't know. But I just checked my 94 MX6, and it read the ABS codes when I grounded the TBS pin and did nothing for the FBS pin.
