A buddy made it, the same guy that made Fallguys' manifold. I believe I paid $350 or so, but it's beautiful.

i thought when u made a manifold, u were not supossed to make the flat part all one piece when its made out of steel, the heat makes it warp, and doesnt give u a good seal. its supposed to be a two piece design. at least thats what i read when i was reading up on manifold designs.

I'll call the guy up and see what he says, but yeah, I can get you one no problems there. Just need to know if it's for the F2t or FE3, and what turbo you're going to be running. He can also make downpipes if you need that made, too. Also if you're using an external wastegate or internal?? Let me know and we'll work something out.

I'm not positive on how it's supposed to be but trust me this flange is bigger than any other you could buy.

Can't say that I do. I have gone through a couple axles in the past, but I have lifetime warranty halfshafts so I'm not too worried about it. I run slicks at the track and spray out of the hole. The don't seem to mind.

Accually, its not hard to pull those numbers out of this motor, they did a damn good job when building these motors, im running a 89 pgt, with 90 gl motor, 8.6:1 compression, stock pistons (non-forged) with 15 psi and put out mid 12's in the 1/4, i haven't dyno'ed, but as long as you have the fuel u won't damaged the motor.
2 sides to compression vs. boost
If you have higher compression, it's recommended to run less boost. Higher compression will spool the turbo a little faster. Lower compression will allow you to run alot more boost safely. You'll have to run more boost to make the same power, too. I recommend about 8.5:1. I have a friend who runs 9.1:1 in his integra with no problems, but it's built for it.

eric, what are you doing for fuel again? i know u have a wet shot for the n2o but what are u doing for just regular boosting? what size injectors and how u running 'em... thanks..
edit:
ahh i re-read your original post, that helps but is that fpr a rising rate you have there? i mean im only at 203 whp on stock 330s and walbro 255, similar fuel setup as yours except for an fmu and i'm running lean over 12 psi just popped another head gasket on my new rebuild here
First off, I'd recommend torqueing the headbolts to 80ft/lbs, vs stock specs. That helped me from lifting the head causing me to pressurize the coolant. I have the aeromotive fpr which rises 1psi for ever 1psi of boost, plus I have the vortech fmu which is variable on additional pressure per psi of boost. I was running about 70+ psi of fuel pressure at 18psi or so, with a base of 37psi if I remember right. So that's 33 psi up from base for 18psi so almost 2psi per 1 psi of boost or so.
Now I have the 440s in and I'm running so rich I took the fmu out of the equation. I'm at about 55psi when I run 17-18psi right now. I'm going to be getting some 400cc injectors within the next couple weeks and hopefully that helps, sure couldn't hurt it more. haha

Eric, if you don't mind me asking, for those wondering, about how much do you think it cost you to hit the 300 WHP mark? Not including the things you've broken since we can use your trial and error as a guideline

Another thing as well. How much WHP you think you're putting out without the N2O? There are plenty of us that would like that type of power, but would also like to be able to drive the car on the street at times
