This is my Probe at my house.

So the last time my Probe was driven anywhere was to the Carlisle All-Ford Nationals in 2002. It's been in the garage at my parents' house (NPA! HQ) for a decade and a half while I've lived at houses and apartments that did not have enough storage for a spare car. Since my wife and I bought our most recent house this past May, I now have a place for it. It's going to live under the carport for the winter while our daily drivers get to be in the garage, but come spring, I'm going to begin to resurrect it to be an occasional driver.

It was towed from their house to here on a flatbed truck, but we weren't able to unload it from the truck into my carport because of how steep our driveway is. I had to replace the fuel pump this afternoon in order to get the engine running enough to move it. At least I've fixed that issue! Anyway, I actually HAVE my Probe at my house, and that in itself is pretty awesome.

My probe's been sitting for 3 years now, it was occasionally fired up to run a little but last summer the fuel pump stopped working...
I need some tips on what to do after the car's been sitting for so long. What spec fuel pump should i look for for my 92GT?

I just went on rock auto and bought the cheapest replacement they listed that came with the pickup filter. It was like thirty bucks delivered.

I've finally had some time to work on the Probe a little. Most of what I've been doing is un-glamorous diagnostics and testing, but today was nice enough to give the car a bath!

Next up, I've got to replace the old brake pads and rotors, just so that the parts are trustworthy. Hopefully by the end of next week I'll have some more photos to share! Only seven weeks until AFN!

New front brakes last night. Driver's side caliper was seized up, but a few minutes of smacking it around with the deadblow has it back in action.
