I just wanna make sure there is no rain. It was kind of funny to leave a hurricane behind in Florida last year only to get rained out 1000 miles away.

The dates I cannot do are:
September 7-8 (tentative)
September 28-October 10
October 11-12 (tentative)
November 1-3

I know Jordan is unavailable on the following as well.
September 28-October 10
October 26-30
November 1-3

For Sean he's busy with Jordan and I for the following. He can chime in for anything else.

The dates Andy has posted I'm with them I can't go. Any other date i should be ok with. But I want to race so if its close to the rainy part of the month I'm not going to go. I'm coming most likely by myself and the expense is too much for me to get rained out again. I'd like it to be in marlyland tho. I really want to kick the shit out of Phil and shut is face up. But if its somewhere else and he doesn't show then he scared.

Aug- sept sounds good. (Nov+cold track)= no traction. That may not be an issue for the NC guys since there not making enough power to break the tires loose. But for the southern group. We require warmer weather
(-rain) So make it happen.

Sean last time I spoke to phil he was willing to drive to NC just for you. He was concerened about e85 availability.

I really had a good time MD and I can go eighter way on this.However hosting in nc it will a bit less of a hike for the fl group.If we could agree on a month it would be great.To start the planning we host local meets all thru the race season md/nc?

Ok so the interest is there for either Flyrtle to be in NC or MD, is someone willing to step up down south and organize everything in NC? I think between myself, Adam, Isaac and Nate we can coordinate stickers, banners, awards and t-shirts (we can let the NC guys come up with a design/artwork) to help out the NC crew.

Or we can have MD host it one more year then move it to NC the following year.

Once we find out the info on getting some time at Rockingham that should be the decision maker. If it's affordable at Rockingham I'm certainly interested in that option.

Can we add the sunday drive to the event. Adds another aspect to the meet and would be great for some rolling shots, scenic pics and BBQ if this goes down in NC. Very excited about this.

NCPOC would be than happy to help organize this years event if selected.I speak for my self and other loyal members here in NC.I'm sure that with every ones help we can put this event together.In order to check track avail a date or month is needed. Then we can offer some options
