Needles Highway

Anybody ever take a Probe on this road?

I drove my parent's Accord on that road and boy was it crazy with the turns and grade changes, etc. All I could think about was, "Wow, the Probe would be bad ass on this road". I know the speed limit is not exactly high, but the handling would be a riot. It's just a shame that the Probe is not comfortable for the 20+ hours drive to take it on that road.

I'm up there all the time. It's a blast! It's actually more fun to drive it at night or during the week because there is a lot less traffic. The speeds limits are low enough without having to deal with tourists plugging up the roads lol. There are a bunch of rwd guys here that drift up there all the time too. The hairpins are fun as hell.

Did a run through those a few days back in the wife's 2012 Focus. Very fun!
