Does anyone have this in a different format or could email me the pages my adobe reader is stuck on safe reading mode and I cant turn it off so all I get when I try to download the diagram is a a page telling me to download adobe 9 but i already have adobe 10.1

you will need to uninstall all previous versions of the adobe reader and than install the latest reader.
