What pins are you talking about in the timing section when you state, "Insert a jumper pin between the ten and gnd pins?" Is this the ECU pins or ODB connector?

Neither of the MAF cleaning links work. Are there any new ones, or can some one just post a quick description?

pull it off spray it down with map or maf cleaner carb cleaner works too just make sure it slides back and forth easy if you have air blow it off, put it back on try to keep it as level as possible if you have a aftermarket cai setup plug the wires back in and try it out

Take it out of gear it will idle fine at aroun 800, but when driving regularly at idle it will usually spike from 800-1200 consistently, is this a MAF cleaning problem..? Any help would be appreciated as it's annoying more than anything..

High idling or high rpm, you may want to look at your throttle body gasket or idle air control valve gasket. Gaskets may be cracked, which sucking extra air.

So I was reading this thread. I have kind of a idle issue. Didn't want to make a new thread an get chewed, anyway. I changed maf helped a lot. I thought it was a connection problem cause if I hit brakes or turn lights on at times idle dies down for a sec an come back up. It use to die down a lot before I swapped that. I also out a new alternator on. An just put a kl fuel regulator an it still does it. Its more of a misfire. I sealed spark plugs like 2 days ago. An still has a small miss. I just listened to it idle an I hear a tick. Alnostblike a valve tick but sounds like a injector. Cyl3 to be exact. That spark plugs was whit chalky sign of leaning out if I'm not mistaken? Could that be my issue. An how would I know for sure if it is injector issue?
