The ALT removed and split in two, 4long bolts (10 or 8mm bolts on the outside):

After cleaning, the voltage regulator is attached with two screws:

And the two connections has to be solder off:

The regulator is out:

And the new one is installed, reverse off what i just did. And dont forget the little steel thread (the red one on the pictures) too hold the bruches in place or whats it called, when you put it together

DONE, just mount it on the engine and you should read around 14-14,7V when engine on.
