  • Any NEPO guys still alive out there?

Been off here a long time just recently returned. Wondering if people still got their probes and are still around and would be interested in maybe setting up a meet like in the old days when PT members were more active. If so blow the dust off your probes and let's get some sun. Let me know

I'm alive! Although I am currently Probeless. So I don't know that I can say I'm really living. I do hope to find another one sometime, it's just slim pickings at the moment. Not too many of them that aren't feeling their age, and I don't have the space for a full-on project car at the moment. Hopefully you're able to find a few people to get something together.
    I used to have a sig :'(

Sean, you're from my hometown. I live in Kentucky right now though and am also Probeless, but I would still attend a meet if I was in town at the time.

I'm in Newport News Va. I daily a PGT and have another I plan on restoring. Otherwise, I took two detours in the car world. First with a Mazdaspeed Miata and second with Porsche 944 Turbo.

I'm still alive, still in Central VA, and still got my 3 Probes, although none are in driving condition. The 93 needs hoses, Mega Squirt installed, a tune, and the interior put back inside. The 95 needs a head gasket and will be for sale soon as I do not have the time to do a head gasket repair. And the 96 is still sitting and is still a Turbo project that needs a transmission and all the small parts replaced that I took off to repair my other 2 probes! LOL. #ProbeLife

My probe paint is definitely showing its age(cracking/fading) and in the process of finding a new house with functional garage that I can plastic up and get some fresh paint on it. But yeah PT seems to be fading out in existence, miss the active days :/. Can hear crickets chirping most of the time to now

Yeah I seen that the probes are becoming harder to find. Soon we can all get antique tags... Lol. Seen that California or Washington there were a few. Short of getting them enclosed trailered to where you want them it is pretty slim as far as finding them

                Still Alive

I miss the glory days, but there is still lots of know how around, I'm still kicking in NorVA (Dumfries) but the PGT has taken a backseat to the Navy and a baby at the moment, though not for long I hope as I got my custom Michigan plate at last!

I'm here. No probes anymore, but I have three MX-6. I'm down for a meet. And for any of you "probless" guys, I will have a nice, stock mx-6 for sale soon.

I remember driving down to MBM4 with about 100 other probes, walkie talkies set and listening to everyone yapping. I remember seeing Dan's car almost side-swiped by a trucker, making a couple new friends and meeting some people for the first time in person.

                      Dan
                      Jose
                      Michelle
                      Kylie
                      NPA Mike
whomever brought the miata instead of a probe

used to hang around a buddy named Matt K back in those days, and travel up to see Travis a ton for wopath. Man, those were some fun times, but everyone grows up and gets older and moves on, I sure did. I had 4 probes, and they all cost me a small fortune back then, but the memories are like a whole different lifetime, but it's good to see some people still here and there.
