I remember going to the first Myrtle. I met FelipeT there. I was on the email list before there was a Probetalk. I have owned one Probe or another continuously since December 1989 ('90 GL then). I have two base models in the driveway now and two GTs at a friends house, one of which is Wild Orchid. My signature is old and incorrect now.
I have too many cars.

I guess nobody does Probe meets anymore, huh?
Maybe the 818? I've always been partial to those. I rather like the Exocet, too.Last edited by BarryG; August 5, 2017, 09:23 AM.Registered Probetalk Member #392.

My 1990 LX, the one I still have, blew up its transmission on an attempted drive to Bowling Green 1998. The '92 LX that I bought as a semi-replacement made the trip to BG'99 but had a spectacular axle/hub failure while we were there! Then, on the way home, my buddy's '89 GT, which had saved our asses and drove us all around looking for parts, was run into by an 18-wheeler and totaled.
I am glad we no longer meet in Bowling Green, KY.Greg Martin
