I may have to get in on round 2 also. Do you have pics of the underside? Do they only mount where the two screws are? What about moisture/water getting underneith them?95 GT Chameleon Beauty

They are stainless steel. Moisture wont affect them
And yes, they only mount at the 2 screws (bolts threaded into clips in the factory locations

ah i understand your question now, if you are concerned you can buy plastic clips with flat heads to put in the holes that aren't used to help seal them, however the factory plastic door sills don't actually "seal" those holes either, they are used for guides and clips, no sealing properties whatsoever :-)95 mx6 with a 4 lug swap
