  • Distributor connector?

Where can I buy new original OEM (identical) 6pin and 3pin distributor connectors. I need male and female (3pin and 6pin) connector to build extension cables for distributor?

    Thanks

PS. If anyone knows names of those connectors that would be helpfull, too.

You may need to go to a junk yard. Pull the connectors off an old V6 PGT/MX6/626/Millenia2.5

Finnaly, I found them. Manufacturer is "Sumitomo Wiring Systems, Ltd." http://www.sws.co.jp/index_e.html and they have online connector database at http://swsct.sws.co.jp/index_e.html where you can find all Ford Probe and Mazda's connectors. Nice to know when you break some of them.

Well conectors on distributor are female 3-pin and 6-pin sealed type.
            So what you need is:

            Kind: Housing
            Connector series: All
            Terminal size: All
            Way : 6 or 3 for 3-pin and 6-pin
            Male/Female : F for female
            Sealed

            6195-0035 http://swsct.sws.co.jp/housing_e.asp...5dls&page_no=0

            Maybe: 6189-1012 or 6189-1083

Those are close, and then play a little and select terminals, wire seals ...

            Same for 3-pin connector

            6195-0009 http://swsct.sws.co.jp/housing_e.asp...9dls&page_no=0

            Maybe: HEAT-RESISTANT 6195-0247 http://swsct.sws.co.jp/housing_e.asp...7dls&page_no=0

Well, the thing is, why would you want to order from Japan when the junkyard probably has the same thing for $1.
