Beginnings of my custom interior

So after multiple attempts at buy a few different parts car I've finally decided to just convert my grey interior to black with paint.
The exterior shot.

Decide to do a test panel to see just how well it wouls hold up.

And after painting


After a month of me kicking it each time I get in or out


I think it will turn out pretty good. Never realized how many panels are in the car until I started taking them off. There's additional photos of my progress as well as a few of the exterior here

The plan is to recover the seats myself. Along with new headliner. And new carpet. It will be a lot of work but in the end I can say I did it myself.

I used black krylon fusion and it held up great and looks like oem. (Almost)

I still need to do my headliner and carpet.

I thought they were still selling oem colors in a can somewhere? I think it was mentioned in a thread talking about a chocolate colored interior, whether it was a factory color or not. SEM

Yes....i will be recovering it with new fabric. Won't hard to take the old one off basicly the only thing still holding it on it the panels.

I'm using Duplicolor vinyl and fabric paint. It's very close to looking OEM. This is a comparison of painted to factory.
