Apparently a boiler under repair in a building in Lower Manhattan exploded and damaged two buildings and injured dozens of people (CNN).
While this has been determined not to be Terror related, I feel so sorry for the people in the area that experienced this explosion as they were probably pretty shook-up by it. They already have dealt with so much in that neighborhood from the WTC Disaster.
My prayers go out to them
