ms 3.0 no rpm, Ford electrical manual issues.

I have installed v3.0 running ms2 into the 95. No rpm. I 'scoped CKP at the VRIN jumper and have a lot of noise on signal when starter is engaged. I made up a harness to hook into ecu connectors C246, C247 and C248. This sent me back to Fords E&V.troublshooting manual for the 95. I see CKP, CID and CPK signals. Whats a CPK signal? The manual has me stuck. Anyone done a 95 and has been through this help a brother out.
