I'd take some Seafoam Deep Creep down the Spark Plug wells and then turn the pistons manually via a breaker bar on the Crank Pulley. When I say spray, I mean spray junk out of it. Let it sit for a few minutes before turning the crank.

On topic, yeah that head looks crazy clean for such a high mileage car. Was the engine rebuilt or something?

yeah im gunna try that tommorrow i think, someone just said i should spray some pb blaster in and let it sit for a few days. when i put the breaker bar on the crank it was SOLID lol pushed my back against my 94 and tryed to move it with my foot n no budge. to my knowledge, its all stock non rebuilt, vc's are painted tho so maybe he cleaned inside when he did that? who knows, i was just shocked when i opened it up. was expecting it to be all browny/yelloish

diesel fuel , trans fluid , or marvel mystery oil down the bore and let it set. Any of those might help loosen it up, good luck .
