Front turning light bulb replacement

UPDATE : I replaced the driver side bulb having the driver side splash cover removed. Apparently the bulb is sitting vertically, unlike the side light bulb which sits horizontally. And it is in a kind of long socket. So it is possible to reach it from underneath. I also removed the driver side wheel and a wheel cover but That is not necessary I guess.

That sounds crazy that you have to remove the bumper in order to change the light bulb. I also have euro probe and you can just unscrew the 2 screws and take the light out, altho my brackets are broken and i have sealed my lights with silicone so i am also looking forward for good ideas to change the light bulbs.
