(VT) 1997 Black PGT
I can't believe it, but it's finally time to sell my beloved PGT. I have owned it since 2000. It has always been very well cared for, and never driven in snow or salt. In its day, I won awards and a few honorable mentions in various car shows for best in show (notably, in 2001 it won 2nd in category at AFN for best in show). Lots of good times with this car.

The Not So Good
-On cold, wet days it sometimes will not start. When the weather dries up, it starts and runs perfectly. Tried replacing wires, plugs, crankshaft sensors, cam sensors, ignitor, and other things, can’t figure it out.
-Some days, ignition misses during acceleration (probably related).
-Minor oil leak from rear valve cover gasket
-Tint is peeling
-Driver’s seat has some wear and tear
-Check engine light comes on after a while, I think due to bad O2 sensor. I have never had a problem getting it inspected, as it will stay off long enough when I clear it or disconnect the battery.
-Moon roof needs help popping up.
-Usual scuffs and wear and tear, still really good for an 18 year old car
It is not inspected, but besides that, the car is very drivable. I just took it out and it ran great. Started right up, great smooth acceleration.
I am planning to offer it locally as well, but I wanted to try here first because I’d rather sell it to someone who might actually work on it and enjoy it, rather than some 16 YO, who will put it in a ditch 2 weeks after purchase. I am asking $3,500 but for Probetalk members, I will go to $3,000.
For posterity and authenticity, I thought it would be appropriate to include my Myrtle Madness VII (2004) t-shirt on the hood of the car. It's a little worse for wear, but still in existence.
Following that are various shots of the car. Please feel free to ask whatever you'd like. I will take another picture of something if you don't see what you need below.
I will consider shipping it if someone is serious enough. We would need to work out the details.
