CDF Racing Light Weight Adjustable Cam Pulleys for KL series
I see the one single timing mark! and thats slick they are mark left and right. But how do you know how many degrees to adjust them? Now whats gonna be the price on the websight? and do you have any intentions of making an underdrive pulley kit? crank, powersteering and water pump?
Would love for pmo/pro to give me my 2000 veilside hyundai tiburon back and the several thousands of dollars they owe me or the parts!
Alright guys, sorry for not keep this update. I've been working with Chris to sort out some issue I found on the pulleys, and seems like these all got to go back to Chris due to some timing mark issue.
I do not know the solution at this point, and don't know how long the delay will be

Basically, when lining up the inner mark to the outer mark, which is supposed to be the stock timing location, the mark is not sitting at the 12/12 adjustment location (0 deg). Same thing for the other pulley, when the inner mark sits at 12/12 location, the outer mark is off.

I was worried that something like this might happen.. Thats why i held off on purchasing on this bulk buy.. If they correct the problem and everything else goes great i will probrably be in on buying a set of these someday
No worries. Mistakes happen. If CDF is willing to fix the problem I am more than willing to wait. Just keep us updated. And thanks CDF for providing these for us, hopefully the issues will be resolved easily.

Unlucky guys. I ran the first group buy of these (x14sets) on Mx-3.com, and I have to say any issues were quickly resolved by Chris @ CDF.
We had simpler timing marks:
One set had an inaccurate timing mark, so I just kept it for myself and made my own mark. Generally the quality was very good though for a small run, cheap, custom part (this isn't HKS/AEM). To be honest I use the marks as a relative point to my last adjustment. I've put 5000 miles on them now and I haven't had to touch them once.
EDIT:
Looking at that photo Henry, you say the outer mark should match the inner mark. It shouldn't, the outer mark is for lining up to the timing mark on the head. The inner mark is for selecting the degree of adjustment, middle of those 18/20 lines being stock...
It's hard for me to tell with only that photo, but just check that.

I have to see how my stock cam pulleys look like. I kinda thought that these might not be right but I have to see where the timing marks are on stock pulleys.
Well I'm comparing right here my right pulley with oem one. Seems like my right pulley is about ½ tooth off. The left one is 1 tooth of when comparing to oem pulley. And my pulleys have 25 marks on the adjustment.
My stock weighs 597 grams and CDF is 434 grams if that actually does anything to anyone. I myself wanted these for adjustability.
