Valve cover colour

first off im from Canada, its spelled "colour"!!!

now, i have a 89 pgt in sandalwood metallic, for those of you who dont know that colour its a golden silvery colour

im gonna paint the valve cover and probably the heat shields, i dont wanna do black cuz its not original and i dont know what else would compliment the colour of my car

i stood in the paint section of the local parts store for about 30min trying to decide what would look good, also im partially colour blind so it makes it just that much more difficult

i vote black or silver for a clean look but silver would look dirty pretty quick.

optionally you could always get it powder coated in a gold color that closely matches the cars paint.

I've had white valve covers for one year, it's not so bad if you clean m regularly

if you go with chrome then "regularly" becomes daily. us ricers truly pay the price for our "bling"

the engine bay on the 93 is going to be streetfighter style... all black , other than the intake silicone's , and the plug wires if i ever get around to paying for some red wires...

wow, i do really like the red, very very nice job....i like the black as well...hmm, ill take a look and see what paints i can find, but i think the red is what im gonna go for if i can find a good shade, otherwise probably black
